This is a desktop assessment of the development potential of the site based on current planning legislation. It should not be considered a guarantee that Council will approve any future development or subdivision application. This assessment has been prepared prior to the property being accurately surveyed and is based on the information currently available. Stacey Surveying accepts no liability if subsequent survey, site investigations or further assessment determine that the property is unsuitable for the proposed development or subdivision.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the quoted fee excludes all work associated with the subdivision planning permit, certification and registration process. Stacey Surveying can provide a separate fee proposal for these services upon request.
